Speaking

Keynotes, Capstones, Panels, Breakout sessions and Webinars. I love telling my story with all the passion that comes with being a 3rd generation dairy farming woman, working with 8 members of my family!

My presentations cover topics familiar to farmers, about the importance of connecting with other women, connecting across generations and connecting with the consumers of our products. I also share the importance of diversification and entrepreneurship as we continue to grow our 3 unique farm businesses. Sustainability is also a top priority on our farm, and I have presented to high school and college students about sustainability on dairy farms.

If you are planning a conference, workshop or class presentation and are looking for a farmer perspective, contact me.

panelist speaking at breakfast summit

Connecticut Breakfast Summit

Rockville, CT

I spoke to 200+ food service directors for Connecticut elementary and high schools. I was on a panel discussing the importance of local foods and I talked about what happens on our dairy farm, and why we're committed to producing a healthy, safe and local food product, 365 days/year.

We were incredibly fortunate that one of our young farmers, Amanda Freund, was able to get away from her chores in Connecticut to present...
Her presentation was so impressive and engaging—I learned a lot, too!

I love traveling around the country and meeting people excited and passionate about farming. But, the very best place to talk about my farm and my family is right here! My favorite way to tell my story by leading tours on my farm. We have hosted our elected officials, students from local schools and even international visitors from Finland and Kazakhstan.
